Do you offer standard-sized bed linen?

Yes. All our Bedding Essentials come in standard sizes, including Super King, King, Queen (Double), and Single. You will also find the size detail on every product page.

What is thread count (TC)?

Thread count refers to the number of threads woven horizontally and vertically into one square inch of the fabric. It’s a barometer for a Bed Sheet’s quality, breathability, and wearability. In other words, a higher thread count gives higher quality. All our bed linen is produced in-house in our manufacturing facility and has a thread count between the range of 104 TC – 600 TC.

How should I wash my bed linen?

As a general rule, you should wash your Bed Linen before using them. Since all our Bed Sheets are 100% cotton, they shrink about 5-7% after the first wash. For this reason, we keep a sizing allowance and recommend machine-washing in warm water at 40 degrees. For easy reference, you will also find the product information on the wash care label.

What is the material of the bedsheet?

All Mayfair Homes London bedlinen are made of 100% cotton yarns.

Do you make 100% cotton bedlinen?

Yes, we make quality bed linen from 100% cotton.

Exchange, Refunds & Cancellation

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges, provided there is a valid reason, and the product is unused and has all the original labels.

Is there a provision to return a product if I don't want it?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, suppose the item you receive has a manufacturing defect; in that case, we will gladly honour the return/refund request. To be eligible for the same, you must raise the request within three days of the delivery date. Please note that the item(s) must be in a resellable condition, i.e., unused & undamaged, with the packaging and labels intact. After the received items pass the quality check, you can ask for –

  1. Refund to your preferred mode of payment.
  2. Mayfair Homes London in-store credit (it can’t be cancelled, withdrawn, or transferred to other bank accounts).
  3. Replacement item (depends on the availability of the stock).
Can I change my order once placed?

Yes, you can change your order once placed. To do that, you need to contact our customer care at customercare@mayfairhomeslondon.com with your order number and the product you would like to change.

What is the refund policy?

We process refunds within 7- 10 working days after receiving the product back— unused, unwashed, and with the required labels intact. The refund is initiated after the product passes the quality check.

Points to noted –

  1. For orders paid via prepaid methods (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.), the credit will be applied to the original mode of payment.
  2. For orders paid via cash on delivery, the amount will be credited through RTGS/NEFT.
  3. For payments made using an international credit card, the refund amount can vary owing to exchange rate fluctuation. Therefore, the customer shall bear any transaction charge or loss.
  4. For any delay in the receipt of the payment, Mayfair Homes London will be not responsible. Customers are requested to contact respective credit/debit card banks.
What is your cancellation policy?

You can raise a cancellation request before dispatch at customercare@mayfairhomeslondon.com with your ORDER NO and Contact details. However, should you want to cancel the order once dispatched, you will have to accept the order and submit a return request within three days of the delivery date. **Ensure that the product is in undamaged condition and has all the tags intact.

Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?

How long do shipping and delivery take?

Once the order is placed by the customer and accepted by us, It will take us 1-2 working days to prepare the order and 2-7 working days to deliver it to your doorstep. Please note that external factors such as poor weather, pandemic or disruptions in our supply network may cause delays to your order delivery. In such cases, please reach out to our customer care team to know about the status of an order.
